Ask your friend if they are ready for the glare of the news cameras
asking why company records were found along the highway?
You can also point to SarbOx's internal control requirements. Would
the government look favorably upon a tranfer procedure that allows for
any company employee to transport the records? doubt it
point to Bank of America's lost of backup tapes as an example. Check
back through RAIN postings for other examples
Stand fast laddie!
