Rae... Someone on the list provided this url www.crickettechnologies.com
sometime last year that I find helpful as it shows many of the judgments for
and against litigants for their management of records.

Another one is: www.discoveryresources.org/index.html

Looking forward to your presentation in Chicago.

Subject: Request for resources

Greetings on a lovely Friday. I have a request for all you information
professionals. is there a particular resource or reference book you use
regularly when researching records retention issues or getting information
on legal issues? I have a variety of sources I use and figured there are
probably many more being used by others of which I am unaware. I am
gathering this information to place in a resource glossary for my ARMA
presentation at the Chicago conference. If you use some outstanding
resource, please let me know.

Thanks.
