disasters such as these what can you do and how does

more will be revealed during this presentation.

Bio:

Mr. John Popowski, along with his two brothers Dan and
Mike, is a co-owner of PBI Restoration Resources
(formerly Popowski Brothers, Inc.) a Disaster
Restoration company located in Timonium, Maryland. I
addition PBI has offices in Glendale, Maryland and
Manassas, Virginia. Mr. Popowski is president of PBI
Electronics & Documents Restoration.

Prior to joining his brothers, Mr. Popowski spent 28
years in the Direct Marketing Data Processing and
Direct Marketing industry. John’s data processing
experience includes mainframe systems and PC based
networks.

His experience includes the development of system
plans for the maintenance of customer, inquiry and
prospect files. He also designed and implemented a
marketing database at a national catalog company,
implemented customer based modeling systems, and set
up the marketing/circulation network.

Building upon this experience and realizing the
insurance industry quickly replaces electronics and
their lack of understanding document restoration
following a loss, Mr. Popowski opened PBI’s
electronics and documents restoration division. The
goal of this division is quite simple: set the
standard for the recovery of technology and media.

Mr. Popowski continues to attend numerous professional
educational classes in electronics, fire and water
damage restoration and document recovery.

He has successfully completed electronics restoration
training programs provided by Odell Electronics and
MPO Systems. John is certified by Odell and MPO in
electronics cleaning and restoration. He has also
hosted an electronics restoration training program at
PBI facilities. To further compliment his training in
computer systems, he completed CompuMaster classes in
PC Diagnostics and Repair and Windows NT and A+
Certification.

In addition, John has attended numerous classes on
freeze-drying and document restoration following mold,
fire and flood losses.

Under John’s direction, PBI Electronics & Documents
Restoration has successfully completed thousands of
fire, water and storm electronics and document claims
for residential, commercial and industrial clients.
