How do y'all feel about annotations becoming a permanent part of a record? We will be converting millions of images to an ECM system. In order for us to retain the associated annotations, we must export them and they would become a permanent part of the image in the ECM repository. In other words, we would not be able to print the images without the annotations. Do I need to be concerned about the integrity of the images if we did this? These annotations consist of sticky notes, graphics like arrows depicting parts of a form filled out incorrectly, etc.

Your take on this would be greatly appreciated.
