I'm confident you're right, that they are quite willing to provide
reasonable accommodations and I applaud them for that; and I also agree
that more companies should be up front about the matter.

However, after all of that being said, to me, it still reads funny even
though I understand the intent.  I read it as such that they expect the
candidate to be able to demonstrate their ability to perform the job
WITH reasonable accommodations, and to perform the job WITHOUT
reasonable accommodations.  I may be the only person who read it that
way.  If so, it won't be the first, nor last time I'm the odd-man out!
