Hello Everyone.  I hope you all had a great St. Patrick's Day weekend.

 

I have a couple of questions I would like to ask everyone.

 

1.  Can anyone tell me of any RM consulting groups that work out of
Denver, CO and your experience with them?  My company is starting an RM
program and we are thinking of bringing in a consultant to get
everything rolling.

 

2.  (This will be a loaded question...) What are your
thoughts/experiences with using a consultant vs. a contractor to get an
RM program started within a company and then handing the reigns over to
the appointed RM staff?
