While I don't have a problem with the outsourcing of work, I do have a
problem that my company information and/or my private information could be
outsourced to an overseas location that may not have the privacy safeguards
to protect the information.  I also question the ethics of companies who
promote the business of storing the information who in turn may outsource it
to a third party without disclosing they are doing so.

But, if memory serves me, I do believe I read a year or so ago that many of
the large companies that store electronic information do so in foreign
counties.
