IF you're working in an organization that has a cost allocation formula for
space, that might be a starting point. Of course, that would deal with
space costs only. Space costs vary widely, depending on the location of the
office / storage facility involved, so if you do get a number, I'd look at
the cost per sq. foot assumptions and see if they apply to your
organization.
