Welcome Kenny! I also work for a mid-size firm (some might call us large - 125 attorneys) and am considering our technology (for Records, Conflicts and new business intake workflow) right now as well. We currently use CMS for Records, Conflicts, Time & Billing and other Accounting. We use Interaction for CRM and Hummingbird's DM5 for DM, and are an Outlook shop. I am happy to share our situation, my thoughts, etc. Please feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss AGG's situation.

However I wanted to share with you and others (lurking and/or out in the open) about a couple of other lists specifically for Law Firm RM. If your firm is an ILTA (International Legal Technology Assn) member, you should join their RM listserv (if you don't know if you're a member firm, ask your firm Administrator or your IT Director). That list is not only law firm specific but is technology focused and is likely to give you some really, really good info.

Also, for more general law firm RM matters and some technology discussion, there is a list hosted by AALL (American Assn of Law Libraries). This list is fantastic and I learn new things all the time, however when I need a group who understands and lives the peculiarities of law firms, I generally consult those lists first.
