A couple of years ago Microsoft hired Tina Torres (one of the individuals on
the blog) as their corporate records manager; a smart move on their part
IMHO.  Tina's a sharp lady (a CRM and PMP no less) and has a great
understanding of records management.  I suspect she's had some influence in
changing Microsoft's attitude toward records management, for the better it
seems.
