additional resources on preservation and also retention as they are
directly impacted by the new federal rules taking effect in December.
You'll also find resources from other corporate executives sharing their
strategy on global retention programs (Citigroup) and their preservation
strategies specifically post Zubulake and Morgan Stanley (Bellsouth).
As you may have seen on this list, the CGOC is running a Plan of Action
program with two parallel series, global retention programs and in-house
discovery expertise & legal holds. Replays of the webcasts from this
program are available and you'll hear executives and 3rd party experts
from Halliburton, Citigroup, Ernst & Young, Wilson Sonsini, Sullivan &
Cromwell and Connolly Bove share their expert opinion -- I invite you to
access the replays as an excellent set of resources. The final event
for each series occurs June 7th and 8th; it's a full day "boot camp" and
