That is an excellent point Steve - I had completely forgotten about that
initiative. (oh, and no offense to Mr. Brandes or Mr. Medina - physical
storage requirements haven't been on my mind in a while ...)

Robin, There was an ARMA standard that was being written : Physical
Records Storage: Assessment and RFP Checklists SDC Project Manager -
Jerry Brandes, Larry Medina
It was being chaired by our very own Larry Medina. I think the
checklist
used in this project will go a long way in making a decision on a
vendor.
Portions of it have helped me in the past year. Larry- can you provide
input on where this standard stands?
