Regardless of how the media handles the fire in East London, we have all learned from the Tylenol / Johnson and Johnson incident years ago that the best way for companies to handle these type of things (that are disasters for them) is to have press conferences and be as visible with as many facts as possible.  I just checked the Iron Mountain web page - there is no mention of the fire, what has happened, what they are going to do to mitigate, etc.  If I were an Iron Mountain customer or investor I would want to know why that material is not there.  Where is management?
