Join the Columbus Chapter of ARMA for the first meeting of the season!
It's time to start the year with a great ARMA Columbus Chapter meeting!
You can visit the website, http://www.armacolumbus.org/, to register.
Join us to hear how an expert, Judy Cobb from OCLC Digital Archive, will
show us how to create and maintain a digital archive. Judy will discuss
policy, procedural and technical issues relating to the implementation
of a digital preservation system using examples and illustrations from
the OCLC Digital Archive. Some topics to be covered include: Should a
digital archive limit the file formats it accepts? How do you maintain
data integrity? Is there a best practice technical architecture for
these systems?
We're looking forward to the answers to these questions and to seeing
you!
