The State of Missouri has issued a request for proposals for a new
software system to manage records management activities for state
government agencies. The new system will automate and streamline most
of the functions of the Secretary of State's Records Management
Division. In particular, the new system will create and maintain agency
records schedules, manage all holdings and activities of the State
Records Center, and control the holdings of microfilm stored in the
Microfilm Vault.
