ARMA Houston 2007 Conference
April 24th--25th, 2007
ARMA Houston is looking for qualified speakers to deliver presentations at the ARMA Houston 2007 Annual Conference. If you are an end-user, an industry expert, a consultant or analyst on an industry topic, a solution provider willing to present with a client, or any combination of the above, we are interested in reviewing your submission.
SPEAKER SELECTION
(1) Selection preference will be given to end-user, analyst and consultant speakers followed by speakers from vendor/supplier companies.
(2) The ARMA 2007 Conference will include several conference tracks. Please carefully review the description for each track and identify where your submission fits best.
(3) Selected speakers must agree to the ARMA Houston 2007 Conference Speaker Agreement.
FORMAT
All of our conference sessions are educational in nature - NO product promotion is allowed. ARMA believes that an objective presentation that meets the educational expectations of the audience will do the best job in enhancing the credibility of the speaker, the speaker's employer, and ARMA Houston. All presentations should incorporate one of, or a combination of, the follow presentation types:
· Case Study
· Benchmark or an Industry Study
· Panel discussion
· Lecture
SUBMISSION PROCEDURES
All applications should be submitted electronically via by email by January 22nd, 2007. Please note that any submission received after this date will be considered as back-up presentations ONLY.
When completing the application, please keep the following in mind. The most critical parts of the application are the session description, learning objectives, audience take-away guarantee, your reference(s) and your bio. This is the information the review team will use to determine the most appropriate speaker(s) for a topic.

SPEAKER GUIDELINES
All speakers are required to provide an electronic copy of their presentation 6 weeks in advance of the conference for electronic format of attendee handouts. Speakers are also required to comply with the speaker agreement. As a speaker you will not receive any compensation for speaking at this conference but your speaker benefits will include:
· Complimentary attendance to the conference
· Name recognition in the industry
