Thanks for all the quick responses.  I guess I should have given a little 
more of the why they are asking.

  It is for an Industry profile we need to develop in order to work on an 
enterprise strategic sourcing initiative- short version is we're trying to 
develop the background of an RFP, for off-site storage services.  We want 
to try and leverage our buy with a national contract and limited vendors 
where possible.  We also want to leverage back-up services,shredding ,etc 
.
