Lisa,

I've been in the profession for a long time and have never come across any
requirements for training employees.  Even if a requirement doesn't
exist, it still makes good business sense to make employees aware of the
company's RM policies.

At my last employer, a group of us developed a web-based course with a test,
which every employee had to take.  Some grumblings along the way but sure
made my job easier.
