I've been reading as much as I can find on the revisions to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures that went into effect on Dec. 1 regarding e-discovery. My observation is that they all but require RIM training for all staff. They don't state it outright, but I cannot see being able to comply if everyone in your organization does not fully understand and comply with your organization's email and other electronic records policies and standards.
