The five things that I would want employees to know about Records Management would be how the department work as a whole, what is handled by the department specifically, retention, purging, and the micrographic areas and what is the purpose of each. Here in a hospital setting Records Management is like a mystery department, no one really knows our function. So those would be the main thing that I would want someone to know.

I would like to get a new thread going.

If you were asked what five things you would want employees to know
about Records Management what would they be?

This should be a simple enough question to answer ... or is it?
