Marty, that's a great list for a public entity. WIFT is good!

Dean is right that electronic vs. paper is not as much of a source of
confusion as it once was. Where I still find a bit of confusion is
"personal vs. public". Also "confidential (or exempt from disclosure)"
vs. "public".
