If records are defined as information, and a records management
professional is someone who is involved with the creation, maintenance,
or destruction of information, as well as someone who may assist,
support or otherwise impact those processes ... well, you might as well
list every person on earth.
Since business records document the activities of companies, and public
records document the status/activities of citizens, governments, and
property, there really aren't many individuals or professions that
aren't involved with records in some manner or other (whether legal or
nefarious).
Before continuing to add to an infinite list, perhaps the question can
be rephrased to help narrow its focus.
