Texas Records Retention Schedule (3rd edition) states 3 years after close 
of fiscal year (4.2.007) for travel expenditure vouchers. The ticket is be 
supporting documentation for the voucher. You may want to retain it, or 
not, depending on high/low dollar amount and/or internal accounting 
policies/practices.

Suggested Retention Period for Airline Tickets






Does anyone have a suggestion on a retention period for physical copies
of airline tickets?  I can't find anything on the state or local
schedules.
