The Slate.com article is "PowerPoint to the People, The urgent need to
fix federal archiving policies", by Fred Kaplan. Posted Thursday, Jan.
29, 2009, at 1:28 PM ET (http://www.slate.com/id/2209981/).

There was an interview of the author on a local NPR radio station,
either Saturday (2/8 or Sunday 2/9).

And, to qualify one of Larry Medina's comments, I have heard/read the
cost of NARA's Electronic Records Archives project variously estimated
at between US $350 million and US $650 million.
