Janice,

I may have missed the detail, but if you are a government agency within
Pennsylvania, do you have a state group that assists with retention
schedules?  I keep thinking that there MUST be an easier answer to this
situation - like, save the email/correspondence with the project or
program that it deals with.

The State Library and Archives of Florida produces a booklet of
generally used retention schedules that contains the majority records
series an agency will use.
