I'm looking for a few excellent/the best court cases to cite to illustrate
significant sanctions/fines/judgements that courts have imposed within the
last 2-3 years due to one or more of the following (or equivalent): lack of
a records management program; lack of a trustworthy records management
program; not following the dictates of ones RM policies, spoliation caused
by not having a solid RM program in place, etc.
