Much Thanks

Subject: [RM] Network File Shared Drive Policy

Has any RIM Managers participated in the writing of a Network File Shared Drive Policy that details what requirements must be followed when storing, and managing electronic documents on the network shared drive?  I have received some great ideas and thought starters from a colleague of mine and I wanted to see if anyone else had any experience with this?
