You could look at the time you would have spent managing multiple accounts
versus managing a single account?

Multiple invoices and payments, reconciling billing, etc.  And I'd assume
you were keeping track of boxes in multiple systems, where you are now only
having ot concern yourself with one system.

Likely, your response time on requests from in-house clients has improved,
so you could also cite improvements in customer satisfaction (you may want
to take a simple survey of your most active 'clients', maybe 4 or 5
measures)
