BC Liberal Government Records Missing, FOI Requests Jump: Report VICTORIA - British Columbia's Liberal government has stopped keeping records of major decisions in order to circumvent freedom of information laws and avoid public scrutiny, an investigation by the provincial information watchdog has found.
