My company's contract with our records storage vendor i
Greetings all,

My company's contract with our records storage vendor is expiring soon. Our Board wants to put out an RFP and see what pricing we can get. 

If my company does go with a new vendor, I have heard that the out-going storage vendor can charge us other fees on top of the permanent withdrawl and retrieval charges. An example of these other charges could be a "Staging Area" fee - where the out-going vendor charges us an extra fee to stage the boxes for pick-up from the new vendor. 

My procurement dept wants to get an idea of what are the final charges for transferring boxes to a new vendor. And not only the out-going vendor. Would the new vendor also charge us extra fees?
