TRAK Records and Library is currently recruiting for a (firm-wide) Records Manager for one of their law firm clients in Chicago. As part of the firm's leadership team, the RM will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision for the firm's records management functions, as well as supervising records staff and managing the day to day operations of the department. Critical requirements include an undergraduate degree, five years of management experience (with three years in a supervisory role), strong electronic records management experience, outstanding communication skills and strong knowledge and comfort with a variety of current RIM programs. The right fit will have a passion for records and information management, knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the industry, experience with/knowledge in both file transfers and e-discovery.
