free for copying and download.  Forget those.  No more ugly paper forms
cluttering the tattoo parlor. The prosaically named "Tattoo Release Forms"
enables artists who own an iPad 2 or above running iOS 6 or 7 to customize
legally compliant release forms, take photos of client ID's, get client
signatures, and upload release forms in PDF format to a cloud storage
service--DropBox, Google Drive and SkyDrive.
