OK this is a stretch but I figure it won't hurt to ask.  I need a thesis
statement for a research paper.  I am finishing up a degree with a
specialization in cyber security.  I'd like to do an information governance
or records management spin on it.  I am new to the field so I am having a
hard time coming up with a "problem" statement that I can back-up with the
points, and also recommend changes to fix the problem.

I work for the federal govt and would like the research to be rooted in
federal info mgmt issues.

Any ideas for a thesis statement would be greatly appreciated!  I am
currently looking through the articles that have been posted since I joined
the list a couple of weeks ago trying to get ideas.
