Good Morning,

The company that I'm currently working for has just announced a major reorganization and in speaking with the new Senior leadership in charge of the RIM program think we have an opportunity to grow the current program.  The enterprise has no central focus or enterprise level manager and is in need of a refresh- I'm currently doing that for one of the divisions.

My question is :  Can you suggest a couple of high level articles/resources that I can provide this new Senior management person to help with the move from RM to RIM to IG.  I'd like to let him become familiar with the IM/IG concept before sitting down for more detailed discussions.
