LISTED document management group Metrofile has bought information storage
company Document Bank Botswana, saying the deal is part of its strategy of
making bolt-on acquisitions to diversify its geographical footprint.

Metrofile, which provides physical and digital storage of documents,
already operates in Namibia, Nigeria, Zambia and the United Arab Emirates.
