Being employed by the largest Bank in Hawaii for 28+ years...What more can I ask for?  Yes, having an onsite gym free for employees and cafeteria, which adds to the joy...With the excellent support of management, I've only missed two ARMA Conferences in 30 years, which is a major achievement from someone in Hawaii.
