Patrick - that is the exact link I was looking at so thank you for posting it for the others.

Our company currently is reviewing the ruling and has brought in a consultant. I have been told that my position is one of them (of many) that are in question. While my salary is over the amount you mentioned, and I do work 40-45 hours per week, I only have a half-time position (20 hours) that reports to me. She does the "heavy lifting"  - I do the rest (including forms management). The majority of my responsibilities is to actually "do the work" and not to "manage" people. I guess it will be up to the people above to "interpret" the ruling how they see fit.
