Subject: Operational records for records storage vendors

I'm the Corporate RM for a large nationwide company. We have recently acquired a company that for the most part has products complementary to our existing core business. But it also has one line of business quite outside the norm for us -- a commercial records storage operation. And it appears the company intends to continue its operation so I need to add its operations to our retention schedule. The acquired company did not have its own schedule so I need to determine what kind of records they would generate. I'll be meeting with their operations people but I want to make sure I'm asking the right questions. Can anyone give me an idea of record types that would be particular to this kind of business?
