Do you think the requirements of 22 USC 2911 (http://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title44-section2911&num=0&edition=prelim) and associated CFR are sufficient?


Agency guidance I have seen stipulate private accounts are only for use in emergencies where access to government accounts is not possible and that when used this code section applies.

I hope that Rep. Quigley will introduce a bill that forbids the use of gmail and other free email accounts by federal employees to avoid compliance with FRA and FOIA requests
