about replies sent to the listserv.

Please remember to delete out the previous message when sending a
reply to the listserv. Keep only that portion of the previous message
that is germane to your response.

Many of our subscribers receive the listserv in digest mode. Failure
to delete previous messages when replying results in a digest edition
that is very large and contains multiple views of the same message.
Sometimes the digest is so large subscribers cann't download it to
their computers, or receive only a portion of the digest.
