Northeast Region - Records Manager

Are you looking for a new position in a law firm?  We have an opportunity for you to manage three law firm records centers and a large staff!  This law firm is taking their records management operations in a new direction and you want to be part of it!  Your home office will be in Washington, DC and you will travel to other offices.

The Regional Records Manager will be responsible for the overall life cycle management of all records created and maintained in the northeast region. This will include administering department policies, procedures and standards; managing projects related to records management software including implementations and upgrades; training end-users and maintaining vendor relationships. The Regional Records Manager will also manage staff located in 3 northeast offices which includes recruiting, training, mentoring, counseling, workflow and termination.

Candidates will have at least 4 years records management experience including 2 years management experience.  This individual must have advanced management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong decision making, technical and organizational skills. Law firm experience is desired and Certification in Records Management is a plus.
