I noticed on the list serve digest  this topic and that  San Diego ARMA
Chapter is presenting"Winning Strategies for Records Management" - Dr. Mark
Langemo.  If there is or ever was a study I expect Mark would know about it
and I seem to remember his booklet citing several misfile studies.  I
suggest you contact him regarding this study for his recollections.
