Maybe some more information will be useful to elaborate on my original. The types of Contracts I am referring to are Contracts/Agreements between Power Plants and or Power Programs and Participants to our organization which is a not-for-profit company run by a board. We have only 60 employees in our administration, no legal on staff and no library to really speak of. The whole Risk Management/Contract Management is totally new to my organization. No body here has ever worked with Risk/Contract Management, so we are looking for any guidance what so ever. A starting point of some sort would be great!!

Tracy, it seems to me that if you are not sure what they are asking for, you
might need to get more information from them so that your queston to us can
be mofe informed. Risk comes in so many forms that it is difficult to know
exactly what the thrust of their question is targeting. Perhaps your legal
department can assist you as they must deal with liability issues.

I know most of you are enjoying the festivities of the ARMA Expo in Chicago
this week, but I need your assistance. I have search the LIST Archives and
the internet without much success. I am looking for a standard or guide in
assigning Risk Ranking Criteria to an organization's Contracts. I know the
question is somewhat broad, but I myself am not too sure what my management
is asking for exactly. I not all that sure why they would be asking a
Records Administrator, but I knew if anyone knew the answer or where to look
