All records scheduled for destruct are reviewed by legal. Having them come
up on the destruction list provides a basis for destruction once the litigation
 is completed. It may have already been approved for destruction by tax,
finance,  etc. A system can be used that shows all required approvals and if the
item is  X'd by any review activity it remains on the listing until completely
cleared.  No need to go back to the other organizations again.
