On September 30, 2005, Kara Rubinson asked 2 questions for Records Managers
in charge of forms management for their organization:

"What is the definition of a form as it applies to web applications/forms?"
"What are others doing with this dilemma?"

I'm not a Records Manager and records management isn't in charge of forms
management, so I had the Records Manager ask the group in charge of forms
management and they said, "We handle the AHM Online Corporate Forms. (Word
templates on a shared drive that you fill in and e-mail or print out, fill
in and send.) We also handle the eRequest forms which are automated
workflow forms, if that is what you are looking for." They do not handle
forms-type data input screens in any of the other systems.
