legacy)
- Classification of collaborative records - email, IM, Webex sessions, etc.
- Justification for program beyond just compliance
- Effective email management, including single-instance storage,
attachments, metadata
- Tension between RM and KM
- Storage and preservation of electronic records (media, hardware, software)
- Migration and conversion of older media and formats to current/future
- Selection of appropriate storage and management technologies, particularly
for dynamic and rich-media formats
