We have been asked by a client (not a law firm) to provide some input on
content management consultants.  They are looking for consultants that
(a)  are unaffiliated with any specific product (either on the sales or
implementation side); (b) can help with the analysis and selection of
one or  more content management solutions; and (c) are willing to work
closely with  C&M on the records management technology aspects.
 
One of the vendors our client is considering is the Gimmal Group out of
Houston.  If you are willing to share your Gimmal Group experience,
