Good morning RM professionals,

I work for an engineering firm and am on a committee to identify a photo
management software package that can provide the following functions (at a
minimum):

Web-accessibility
Thumb-nails of each photo
Version control
The ability to annotate photos, and provide individual captions
Customizable metadata fields
Automatic capture of date/time photo was taken
GIS info (useful but not required)
Audit trail
Ease of use for those who are not comfortable with technology
Integrate with FileNet P8

We are currently using LYNX which provides all of these features with the
exception of the web-accessibility.  While there are a large number of photo
editing packages available, these do not meet our RM needs.

Your suggestions would be very helpful as we have exhausted our IT folks'
expertise.
