Perhaps you might consider a library book-return type box ...?

Subject: [RM] Greeting and A Question

 Hi All,

I am the new Area Manager for KPMG in the Metro NY region and I have a
question. Has anyone heard of a locked box designed to accept files
returning to the record center. The procedure now is for returned items
are logged at pick-up points around the building but this leaves too
much of a chance of materials "walking off" after being logged in. The
lock box would provide a secure drop off. I hesitate to use the analogy
of "secured" as in shredding bin.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Mike
