Not sure if this has been posted before or not, but there is a survey that 
I find very useful when preparing presentations regarding electronic 
records management.  It is a survey prepared by Cohasset Associates and co-
sponsored by ARMA and AIIM.  I find it a good resource as I prepare to 
discuss various aspects of electronic data management within my firm and 
outside presentations.  The survey is rather detailed and I refer to it 
from time to time.
